What ages can join the programs?
Our programs are available for children ages 4–14.
Do beginners need prior experience?
No. All programs are beginner-friendly and structured by age/skill level.
Are the sports safe?

Where are the sessions held?
All programs will take place at selected fields & gyms across Prince George’s County. Locations are shared after registration.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable sportswear, water bottle, and sneakers/cleats depending on the sport.
